Shipping Within the U.S. Only
We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
Order Confirmation & Processing
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order and successfully processed payment. We will then contact our suppliers to verify the item is in stock and initiate production.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Package Insurance
All packages are insured and shipped via UPS Priority Mail. For any issues with lost or stolen packages, please contact UPS directly for resolution.
Shipping Delays
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including production or logistical challenges. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days on average. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
If the order is preorder, that means production starts once the order is created, and can take up to 2-3 months for fulfillment. This will clearly be stated in the product description.
